    7年前のある暑い夏の日、「くずきりをキンキンに冷やして食べたいなぁ」とふんわり考えながら「器にくずきりをいれて、そこに氷を擦ったら氷を食べ終わるころには冷たいくずきりになっているのでは？」

     

     

    試作の段階で機械を買うこともままならず、おもちゃのかき氷機でチャレンジ！！

     

     

     

    すると、なんと蜜の濃ゆさも氷を薄まってちょうどいいではありませんか！！！

     

     

     

    ただ、氷でくずきりが隠れてしまい、見た目は何の変哲もないかき氷、、、「やっぱり上に乗せよう！！」と、今のスタイルになりました。
